With over 27 years of industry experience, he brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to every stage of the project lifecycle. Martin is recognised for his dependability, leadership, and unrivalled technical skills, helping the business meet programme goals and maintain quality standards. He is also a shareholder and serves on the board of Artium Group.

Garry is the director of Artium Construction and oversees all commercial management. He brings over 20 years of experience, mainly in the contracting sector, and is experienced in managing projects from pre-construction through to completion. His industry background spans several markets and involves projects of varying values, complexities, and technical demands. Garry is also a shareholder and serves on the board of Artium Group.

Stan is the Finance Director at Artium, bringing over 10 years of experience across the development and contracting sectors. A qualified accountant, he has built a distinguished career within regional, self-delivered organisations, specialising in financial control, reporting, and commercial governance. Stan’s hands-on, detail-oriented approach ensures robust financial discipline and provides the strategic insights necessary for board-level decision-making.

Adam is the Compliance Manager (SHEQ) at Artium Construction, offering extensive experience in safety compliance, operations management, and process improvement. With NEBOSH General and Construction Certificates, Adam is well-equipped to uphold and improve workplace safety standards. He brings a diverse range of skills in operations, safety, and team leadership, and is dedicated to creating safe, efficient, and productive working environments.
