Our approach integrates best practices throughout the project lifecycle, including optimising passive design strategies such as natural ventilation, daylighting, and thermal insulation to reduce energy demand.

We have recently demonstrated this through a Passivhaus scheme for Citu’s Climate Innovation District in Leeds.

  • Wherever practical, the use of materials from renewable or sustainable sources, as well as recycled or recyclable materials and components
