INVESTING IN FUTURE
GENERATIONS
On every project, our directors work closely with schools and local groups to raise awareness of construction careers and promote "earn-and-learn" pathways. This effort includes apprenticeships, work-based learning with local colleges, and active participation in regional career fairs.
In 2024, we welcomed two Technical Apprentices, integrating their studies at Leeds College of Building with a bespoke, work-based training plan designed to accelerate their career development.

& FUNDRAISING
Over the past two years, we’ve raised more than £16,000 for local charities. Through team challenges such as the York 10k and charity netball, combined with the generosity of our supply chain, we are proud to support the people and organisations that make the Yorkshire region thrive.
