Artium transformed a redundant office building into a secure, access-controlled private development of 12 two-bedroom apartments in the luxury spa town of Harrogate. Managing the project from pre-contract through to completion, Artium worked within defined budget constraints without compromising design quality, resulting in an exceptional finish throughout.
Located within a tight urban setting, the project was delivered through careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption to the surrounding residential community. In addition to fit-out, Artium upgraded the building fabric and all life safety systems to meet current regulations, ensuring full compliance while successfully delivering a complex conversion.
