Artium Construction Limited has completed its £2million retail scheme on Bluebird Way in Brough, East Yorkshire, nearly three weeks ahead of schedule, and has let every one of its units.

The development has a Starbucks drive-thru and shop alongside six retail units, with E.ON electric vehicle chargers outside. As principal contractor, Artium gave early access to the site so the Starbucks drive-thru could be fitted out while building work continued.

Artium delivered the whole job itself, from the steel frame and the car park to the drive-thru lane and the six retail units alongside it.
