Artium Construction has been shortlisted for Best Contractor at the 2026 Yorkshire Commercial Real Estate Awards.

As a growing Yorkshire business, being named among some of the region’s most respected contractors is something the Artium team is genuinely proud of. Over the last few years, Artium has continued to expand its presence across Yorkshire and the North, building a reputation around quality delivery, strong relationships and a hands-on approach to construction.

What makes this shortlisting even more meaningful is the wider purpose behind the awards themselves. Organised by Yorkshire Children's Charity, the Yorkshire Commercial Real Estate Awards help raise funds for the Great Yorkshire Build initiative, which improves facilities at SEND schools across the region.

Supporting communities across Yorkshire has always been important to Artium and sits closely alongside the company’s wider commitment to “Building the North”. Through apprenticeship opportunities, education partnerships, fundraising and local employment initiatives, the business aims to create a positive impact beyond the projects themselves.
