PROJECT OVERVIEW
Artium led the refurbishment and fit-out of a listed Georgian stable block and adjoining workshops, transforming them into a sophisticated wedding and conferencing venue, high‐end accommodation suites, and a members’ club. The project also included external works, such as major structural alterations, façade and roof repairs, and the retention of existing chimneys.
Combining technical expertise with a sensitive approach, Artium delivered high-quality accommodation within a historically significant site, demonstrating a practical and quality-focused approach to heritage refurbishment. Future work includes a new-build spa and separate pool and pool house.
