Artium led the fit-out of a luxury new-build apartment development for 38 units at a former factory site in Pannal, Harrogate. The apartments offer high-quality living spaces, with careful attention to acoustic performance to ensure a comfortable and robust environment. The result is a high-spec residential development designed to meet the demands of Harrogate’s rental market.
Structural and fit-out works were coordinated to achieve consistent, premium finishes throughout. Working closely with Hornbeam Park Developments, Artium managed the design and delivery process collaboratively, addressing technical challenges early and maintaining a clear focus on quality. Over the 42-week period, the fit-out was coordinated and integrated with the client’s own external works, resulting in a full turnkey BTR offering.
