The Role

We are recruiting a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost management and contractual control on our projects. You will be responsible for procurement, valuations, cost reporting, and managing subcontractor accounts to ensure financial efficiency and value for money. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of contracts, and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve project and commercial objectives.
